Our life experience has been a complex journey, with memorable moments and difficult trials. We have chosen to get involved in business, social and personal projects with the aim of bringing good to people's lives and building initiatives with real impact.
As visionaries, we are dedicated to a mission bigger than ourselves: to create sustainable solutions, protect nature and support vulnerable communities. Our projects – from Modulary, Energyfree and MPS to our involvement in social campaigns and volunteering – reflect our desire to build a responsible future.
In 2017, through our collaboration on Eco Tiny House, we demonstrated that together we can create healthy homes for the planet and people, proving that vision and action go hand in hand. Even when we chose different paths, we remained united by the same mission: to turn ideas into reality.
We learned that resilience, empathy, respect, responsibility, and courage are the values that define us. They have helped us transform difficulties into lessons and failures into opportunities for growth.

Our mission is to provide modern, sustainable and durable housing solutions, tailored to the needs of each client. We believe in the power of innovation and collaboration, which is why we work with trusted partners to build modular and eco-friendly homes that combine smart design with respect for the environment. We want to transform the construction process into a simple and transparent experience, based on trust, professionalism and responsibility. Through each project we complete, we aim to bring long-term value, create safe and comfortable spaces and contribute to a greener future.
On the illuminated stage, under the gaze of the "Lions", we brought not only sketches and numbers. We brought the vision of a future in which housing is not a burden, but a partner of nature and personal freedom. We brought an eco-friendly, modular house, a concrete promise of our mission.
In those moments, we felt like our entire life experience – the complex journey, the dedication to sustainable solutions, and the courage to turn difficulties into opportunities for growth – was focused on that studio floor. It was a test of the values that define us: resilience, responsibility, and innovation.
The Moment of Revelation
When we unveiled our eco-modular house model, built on a chassis, with smart design and sustainable materials, it was more than a product presentation. It was a statement. We showed not only that it is possible to build differently, but that we can offer an alternative to current standards, combining modern comfort with respect for the environment.
We talked about our roots in projects like Modulary and Eco Tiny House (started in 2017, proof that vision and action go hand in hand), how every corner of our homes is optimized to reduce waste and maximize energy efficiency (in a similar way to energy-producing homes). We emphasized how we want to support communities and provide an affordable and sustainable solution.
The "Lions" Reaction: The Fire of Discernment
The “Lions” were fascinated by the vision, but rigorously tested every aspect of the business: from the production chain in Romania to the market strategy and financial impact. The discussions were intense, full of difficult questions, which forced us to demonstrate not only our passion, but also the professionalism and rigor behind the project.
I left knowing that I had left a strong impression. Regardless of the final outcome of the negotiations, one thing was clear: we had managed to bring the concept of sustainable and ecological housing into the spotlight and validate a business model based on trust, simplicity and transparency – exactly the principles that guide our consultancy and construction process for each client.
Beyond the Screen: Our Commitment
Appearing at the Empire of Lions wasn't just a milestone. It was a public commitment to our mission: to transform the construction process into a simple and transparent experience and to contribute to a greener future.
